These Terms govern all transactions with Damiante.com. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
Order & Payment
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm production.
Remaining 50% + shipping must be paid before dispatch.
Accepted methods: UPI, bank transfer, or approved methods.
Orders are processed only after receipt of advance payment.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Wholesale Orders: 50 pieces per candle/design.
Gifting/Corporate Orders: Starting from 20 units (depending on customization & packaging).
Customization
We provide customization in:
Fragrance | Color | Packaging | Design | Color | Branding
Extra charges and processing time apply for customizations.
Client Responsibilities
Verify all details (design, packaging, delivery timelines, payment terms) before confirmation.
Respond promptly to payment requests and approval messages.
Delays from the client’s side may affect delivery timelines.
Cancellation & Refund
Booking advance is non-refundable.
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled beyond 12 hours.
Refunds are not applicable for any reason except Damiante’s failure to deliver.
Liability
Damiante is not responsible for courier delays, transit damages, or force majeure events.
Once dispatched, liability rests with the courier service.
Governing Law
All policies and terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, UP
