Terms of services

These Terms govern all transactions with Damiante.com. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.


Order & Payment

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm production.

  • Remaining 50% + shipping must be paid before dispatch.

  • Accepted methods: UPI, bank transfer, or approved methods.

  • Orders are processed only after receipt of advance payment.


Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

  • Wholesale Orders: 50 pieces per candle/design.

  • Gifting/Corporate Orders: Starting from 20 units (depending on customization & packaging).


Customization

We provide customization in:

Fragrance | Color | Packaging | Design | Color | Branding

Extra charges and processing time apply for customizations.


Client Responsibilities

  • Verify all details (design, packaging, delivery timelines, payment terms) before confirmation.

  • Respond promptly to payment requests and approval messages.

  • Delays from the client’s side may affect delivery timelines.


 Cancellation & Refund

  • Booking advance is non-refundable.

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled beyond 12 hours.

  • Refunds are not applicable for any reason except Damiante’s failure to deliver.


Liability

  • Damiante is not responsible for courier delays, transit damages, or force majeure events.

  • Once dispatched, liability rests with the courier service.


Governing Law

All policies and terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, UP
