At Damiante, each product is handmade and customized. Hence, our cancellation policy is strict to ensure fairness and protect the craftsmanship involved.

Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation only if production has not started.

• After 12 hours, cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellation by Damiante

• We may cancel an order due to:

  • Shortage of raw materials.

  • Technical/payment errors.

  • Force majeure or unforeseen events.

Customers will be notified, and any advance may be adjusted toward a future purchase.

Advance Payment Terms

• A 50% advance booking amount is mandatory for all orders.

• This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Unresponsive Clients

• If a customer fails to complete the final payment within 7 days after receiving the “Order Ready for Dispatch” notification:

  • The order will be canceled.

  • The advance will be forfeited.
