Return & Refund Policy

Since our products are handmade, customized, and often created for gifting/corporate events, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy.


No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer cancels the order after confirmation.

  • Customer fails to pay the balance amount.

  • Customer changes their mind post-production.

  • Unresponsive clients after 7 days of “Order Ready” notification.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Handmade candles, soaps, and gifting products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

  • Innerwear will be eligible only if item is its original condition and with original branded tag.
  • Customised innerwear will not be eligible for return.

Damages in Transit

  • All products undergo strict quality checks.

  • Photos/videos are shared with the client before dispatch.

  • Daminate is not responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling.


Exceptional Cases

  • Returns/refunds may only be considered if:

    • Wrong product shipped.

    • Major deviation from confirmed design (with proof).

  • Any such claim must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, with photos/videos.
