Yes. We accept both individual retail orders and bulk/corporate gifting orders for weddings, events, and company functions.
Currently, we operate from our workshop at Shop 1-5, Plot No. 4, Near DTDC, Opposite Amrapali Empire, Om Vihar Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad – 201001. Visits are by appointment only.

Gifting & Corporate Orders
Yes, we specialize in corporate orders and event gifting. We offer custom branding, premium packaging, and bulk pricing.

Yes, branding and labeling are available at additional cost upon fulfilling the MOQ in that segment.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
No. Since our products are handmade and customized, we do not accept returns.
No. All payments, including booking advance, are non-refundable.
Within 12 hours of confirmation: Yes (if production hasn’t started).
After 12 hours: No cancellations allowed.
If payment is not completed within 7 days of receiving the “Order Ready for Dispatch” notification, the order will be canceled and the advance forfeited.
We are not liable for courier-related damages. However, we do:
Conduct strict quality checks before dispatch.
Share photos/videos of your order before shipping.
Product Safety & Use
Yes, if handled properly. Follow these safety guidelines:
Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
Never leave a candle unattended.
- Do not burn the candle for more than 2 hours and 4 hours depends on candle size.
Checking the ingredient list for allergies.
Doing a patch test before full use.
Discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
No. While they may be soothing and fragrant, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
